SpecPro provided program management support across 40 former installations and 350 sites progressing towards Response Complete, covering 9 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Regions and 20 states. 

Program support areas included:

Support tasks included:

• Architecture/engineer contractor oversight support to environmental coordinators by reviewing reports and performing field oversight in a broad range of environmental conditions and regulations
• Management and professional services
• Studies, analyses and evaluations
• Engineering and specialized technical expertise
• Field technical oversight for environmental restoration activities such as site inspections, residential drinking water surveys, and groundwater treatment systems installation and maintenance
• Document review to ensure the work plans, standard operating procedures, and quality assurance project plans were followed to mitigate risk and ensure environmental restoration were complete and in accordance with DoD and Air Force guidance
• Managing the Base Realignment and Closure Administrative Record Document Repository and providing real property management and support
