SpecPro provides a core cadre of personnel with substantial real estate/accountability experience and expertise to support the Air Force Civil Engineer Center Installations Directorate Real Estate Transactions. SpecPro:

• Supports the Air Force Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) team
• Supports Installations with the development and processing of real estate instrument packages
• Supports Grant execution performing quality control reviews and updates of installation real estate transactions
• Assists with the management of the Air Force Civil Engineer Center Installations Directorate Real Estate Transactions Workflow

SpecPro also reviews and prepares real estate grants, and obtains support documentation that may be required for all real estate transactions and prepares and analyzes audit requirements and responses.
